Through leadership, education, promotion of professional standards and training and development, NYSDRA provides opportunities for people, communities, organizations and businesses to effectively respond to conflict. As New York State's ADR network we strive to provide the latest resources and professional development opportunities for ADR professionals to serve those in conflict. We seek to increase awareness of our field to empower New Yorkers to create their own solutions.
