Toni Garner (they/them) is the CMSC AmeriCorps Program Associate for the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (NYSDRA) and providing oversight to the program. In this role, they are responsible for supporting operations and providing support to the NYSDRA Executive Director, CDRC's partnered in the CMSC AmeriCorps Program, and program staff. 

Their prior experience includes high-responsibility, administrative roles in the fields of healthcare and education, serving client needs of varying ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Toni, known for their '​person-first' approach to engagement and attention to detail, looks forward to engaging with NYSDRA's diverse stakeholders and the community-at-large.

Toni attended SUNY Schenectady as a student in the area of Human Services, which undergirds their passion for and belief in the potential for peaceful co-existence and conflict resolution. In their free time, Toni enjoys writing, keeping up with Marvel, and taking care of their dog, Scooby, and cat, Blake.
